   - Job role includes providing effective customer support to the clients
  For voice : 1 to 4 years of exp in providing Inbound/Outbound support in an international environment
  For Non voice : 1 to 4 years of exp in an International environment, in one of the following process
               - Transaction Process - Payroll Process(US/UK/Austrailian) - Accounting Process(AP/AR/GL)
