Brief Job Description: Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal end users and External Commercial Account end Users across North America, Cananda, EMEA & AP.

Job Location : Bangalore & Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria:
Non-Technical Graduates (BSc,BCom,BA,BBA,BCA,BBM) & Non-Technical Post Graduates (MSc,MCom,MBA,MA) (2010 pass outs as well) and Diploma holders (10+2+3)
Good communication skills are requisite
Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking concepts
Willingness to work in shifts
Time: 11.00 am - 1.00 pm
Walkin Date: 10th July to 18th December 2010 (Every Saturday)
