The Role of a Customer service Associates involves communicating with customer primarily through email, chat and phone and utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies and communicate effective solutions at a fun and fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria
They are looking for candidates with excellent written and skills. Familliarity with MS-Office, Internet Explore and good typing skills are required. Candidates must ve willing to work in a 24/7 environment, minimum education qualification required is 10+2.
