TIBCO (BW, EMS, RV, Administrator, Hawk, iProcess, Business Events), BEA-Web logic Integration
BPEL/BPM tools(Savvion, Metastorm, ActiveVos)
- OSS (Job code - OSS 10/01)
Experience in COTS such as Meta solv, Cramer, Remedy.
- Mainframe (job code :M/F 10/01)
Cobol, CICS, DB2, IMS, DB/DC, Coolgen, Assembler.
- CRM (Job code : CRM 10/01)
Siebel : Siebel configuration/customization, EIM, EAI, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager covering all siebel modules such as Account Managemnet, Order management, Service management, Self care, Partner relationship, Loyalty Management, Should have strong telecom Domain knowledge.
