Software Engineer:
 Positions: 4
 Experience: 2 to 3 years.
Knowledge/experience in ASP.NET 2.0 & 3.5, AJAX, XML, Javascript, Jquerry
Must have at least 1 years of development experience.
Must have experience in MS SQL server (2000/2005/2008)
Knowledge of Webservices is added an advantage.
Must have had direct client interaction.
Excellent communication skills.

Senior Software Engineer:
Experience: 3.5 to 5 years
Positions: 3
Must have at least 3 years of development experience.
Must have experience in MS SQL server (2000/2005/2008)
Knowledge of Webservices is added an advantage.
Must have had direct interaction with client. 
Must have excellent communication skills.

Team Lead:
Experience:  5  to 8 years
Positions: 1
Must have at least 4 years of development experience.
Must have experience in MS SQL server (2000/2005/2008)
Knowledge of Webservices is added an advantage.
Must have had direct interaction with client.
Must have handled a team of at least 5-7 members.
Must have excellent communication skills.
