About the role
The role of a Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers primarily through email, chatand phone and utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies and communicate effective solutions at a fun and fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication, corprehension and problem solving skills. Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer and good typing skills are required. Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment, minimum education qualification required is 10+2.
