Qualification: BE, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, B.Sc/ M.Sc – Computer Science
Joining Location: Pune.
Siebel Solution Designer

Experience: 6 years to 12 years.

Has extensive data modeling knowledge.
Has development experience in software interfaces for integration.
Has product implementation experience.
Expertise in understanding of business requirements and translation into solution.
Should be able to understand the overall Siebel solution and be able to design the solution for a given functional area.
Expertise in designing the data architecture - logical / physical data model.
Has comprehensive knowledge of system interfaces and integration issues.
Has extensive knowledge in system analysis and design.
Has extensive understanding of workflow in Telecom Operations.
Has sound knowledge in system architecture and business needs in Telecom.
Has strong ability to Map Business Needs into software domain design elements.
Has thorough understanding of Telecom Processes and Business Orientation.
Should be able to provide the high level Siebel component design for various user / product journeys in reference to the e2e stack.

Siebel Solution Architect

Experience: 6 years to 12 years.

Very Good understanding of business process and should have thorough understanding of IT best practices for CRM.
Advanced knowledge of workflow in telecom operations.
Advanced and Comprehensive knowledge of system interfaces and integration Issues based on telecom operation.
Should be able to identify high level Integration strategy (EIM /EAI etc), deployment strategy, migration strategy etc.
Should be conversant in Data Modeling techniques, ETL, Siebel EIM processes and other Data transfer mechanisms supported by Siebel.
Should be able to review solution and s/w designs and identify means to optimized designs.

Siebel Senior Developer / Designer

Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Automation (workflows and Assignment Manager):

Experience: 3 years to 6 years.

Expert in Siebel Configuration; Business Component, Applets, Views, Joins, Pick lists and MVG/Association Applets.
Proficient in Siebel VB script and/or eScript.
Exposure to Siebel’s Rule based Engines (Workflow, Assignment Manager, etc).
Understanding of Siebel's Rule based engines like workflow and assignment manager.
Hands on exposure on EAI.
Very good Knowledge of Siebel integration adaptors (Siebel Vanilla integration Business services).
Very good understanding of Siebel COM functionalities like PACS/Variable Maps/Signals functionality/Order Life cycle management/pricing management etc.
