Candidate Checklist
- Cognizant Associates referring a candidate for the recruitment drive should :
- upload the profile in https://careers.cognizant.comand share the unique 10 digit RM ID to the candidate.
- Inform the candidate to indicate the Associate ID & RM ID at the top of resume, for tracking the referral.
- Candidates will have to go through TWO rounds of screening before the technical discussion. ONLY Shortlisted candidates from the screening will proceed for further rounds of evaluation.
- 2 copies of resume, 2 passport size photograph, a valid photo identity card and a copy of the pay slips of the last 2 months to be produced.
