Role & Responsibilities:
The Telecom Delivery Manager will ensure satisfactory delivery of services to Customer. In this role the Delivery Manager will manage all relationships with external/internal clients, supply organizations and Programme organization to maximize delivery to quality within agreed time lines and budget.
In an “End to End” role, the Delivery Manager will manage Deliveries for every aspect of the project from Initiation to Completion/Launch under a largely matrix organization structure – Rapid Impact Assessment, High level end to end solution including End to end Service Design, End to End Network design & End to End Systems design, Implemented Codes into Testing, Integration & User acceptance Testing, Operations Readiness Testing, Service Introduction readiness to LIVE,

· Exposure to Siebel’s Rule based Engines (Workflow, Assignment Manager, etc)
