Storage and Backup Management (Job Code:01)
Eligibility:
.At leat 3 years experience in providing storage and backup L2 & above support in a 24x7x365 environment.
.Technical expertise on backup management products and tools.
.Experience in Testing, Implementation and Change Management of the backup infrastructure.
.Day to day troubleshooting and recovering backup failures, reviewing error information, reporting complex incidents and problems.
Required Skills:
.Legato, Hands on NETVERTIS or HP DP shall be an added advantage.


Testing(Jon Code:02)
Eligibility:
.5-15 years overall IT experience and at least 3 years experience in leading or executing test services for a variety of roles in Telecommuncation BSS/OSS environments.
.TEst management and execution for Billing, Online, CRM, BI, Enterprise, Integration, Roaming and Infrastructure platforms.
.Ability to manage and deliver the setup and execution of functional testing including System, Integration, Regression Testing, Data Migration Services as well as Roaming Interconnection.
.Skilled in validation and verification through the complete testing cycle including planning, preparation, execution and defect resolution aligned to industry standards including ISO 9000, IREG, TADIG or equivalent.
.Successful track record of establishing, leading IT testing teams onshore and offshore in multi-national global environment and ideally ISTQB certified.
.Ensure common methodologies and standards are adopted for testing across all service to deliver best practises.


Required Skills:.Experience of one or more is essenatial: Pre/Post pay Billing/Provisioning/Mediation, CRM/CVM, BI, Online Web/Portal, Enterprise Finance/Supply Chain/HR, Middleware, Roaming IREG/TADIG/SS7/SIGTRAN.
.Experience of one or moe is an advantage: Test Automation Tools (Soap, IBM Rational, Selenium), QTP, Performance Testing Tools (HP Load Runnner, Open STA). Security Testing Tools, Database Testing Tools, Test Management Tools (HP Quality Centre), Code Coverage Tools, Management Tools (Clarity), Roaming Functionality/Charging (Keynote Sigos).


SAP (Job Code:03)
Eligibility:
3-5 years of experience in areas of:
. Support and Operations
. Regression Testing
. Change Analysis
. Release & Development


Required SAP Skills:. Basis
. Functional(FI, SCM, HR, MDM)
. BI
. PI/XI
. Portal
. Solution Manager
