IBM is looking for Health Care Specialists for our Pune Centre:


- Team Leaders: Candidates should be graduate with 4-6 years of experience in BPO Operations besides having exposure to Health Insurance Claim operations. They should be able to manage SLA targets, create good engagement levels & reduce attrition, endsure Quality Checks are being conducted, co-ordinate with different verticals, have good communcation skills.
- Quality Team Leaders: Candidates should be graduate with an experience of 4-6 years. Having previos Health Insurance Claims exposure is a must. They should have the ability to give feedback & coaching, must be aware of Bottom Quartile Management, must be self-driven and should be willing to take ownership, should possess excellent communcation & intepersonal skills, have the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and ensure Quality Checks are being conducted.
- Process Trainers: Candidates must have excellent Health Care Claims knowledge, possess good communication & interpersonal skills, having content development abilities will an advantage.
- Quality Analysts: Candidates should have ability to give feedback & coaching, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and possess previous Health Insurance Claims exposure.
- Sr. Customer Care Executive - Non-Voice Operations: Candidates should be graduate. Experience as Sr. Customer Care Executive would be required with a minimum of 18 months experience. Experience in adjustments/claims etc. would be added advantage.
For the above mentioned positions, candidates shoule have valid B1/B2 visa with minimum 1 year of Health Care Domain expertise and belong to BPO background. Candidates would be part of knowledge transfer team and would need to travel to US immediately.
We are also on the look for Technical Specialists for our Pune Centre:
- Lead Operations: Candidates should gave good facilitation skills along with experience supporting in MS Client Technologies. They must possess advanced troubleshooting skills for Computer Desktop, Laptop including internal hardware. They must have knowledge of Operating Systems:
Windows 98, ME 2000, XP Home, XP Pro., Sever 2003 besides having an advanced knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Win Servers. They would have done techincals cources like MCSE/MCP/CCNA/Computing Hardware/Software Fundamentals. They should possess the ability to monitor and conduct training programs and transfer information in a simple and effective manner with a clear and concise communication.
- AM Operations: Candidates must have experience in hadling technical support process. They must possess excellent verbal communication skills along with people management skills, analytical, logical reasoning and numerical ability. They would have done technical cources like MSCE/MCP/CCNA/Computing Hardware/Software Fundamentals. They should be able to lead and manage a team besides self organization and task prioritization.
- Quality Analysis: Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonnal skills, possess the ability  to give feedback and coaching, must be aware of Bottom Quartile Management, have the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly besides being self driven and willing to take up ownership.


For all the above positions, candidates should have proficiency in computers with a strong customer service orientation. They should be prepared to work in rotational shifts.
