•  HR documentation and implementation of HR policies & software
•  Optimizing HR cost, Training Cost and Attrition rate 
•  Ability to understand technical processes and motivate team for productivity
•  Must be able to travel to other locations in Pune and Maharashtra for recruitment
•  May involve recruitment of vendors abroad

Senior Accountant

•  10 years accounting experience in service industry 
•  Performing regular Audits of Bank Statements and Expenses
•  Account Reconciliation and Finalization
•  Optimization of Funds
•  Verification of Invoices and Receivables
•  Ensuring Regulatory Compliances
