Aricent is conducting Walk-in Interviews for Freshers (Technical Graduates only)-Cisco TAC

Aricent is hiring trainees for network support who will undergo training for a period of 12 months. This training opportunity is available in Gurgaon.

Job Title: Trainee

Job Profile: Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all products.

Qualification: BCA/B.Sc (IT) / B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc(IT)

Year of Passout: 2008 & 2009

Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:

Routing Protocols

TCP/ IP and IRQs

Basic operating systems related to Networking

Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage

Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.

Process:

There will be 3 rounds as given below:

Round 1: Voice & Accent

Round 2: Technical test

Round 3: Interviews

NOTE:

Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts) & should be competent in voice based technical support.

Candidates have to separately clear each round of the selection process.

Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period .
