Research & Development 
Senior Manager/Manager - EntireVehicle: B.E/M.E with 5 to 12 years in Vehicle Integration with an ability to design, develop and conceptualize new products.


Senior Manager/Manager - Chassis Development: B.E/M.E with 5 to 12 years in the Design and Development of Chassis (Frame, Suspension, Fuel System, Cooling System, Air intake system, Exhaust, etc).


Manager - Electrical & Electronics: B.E/M.E in EE with 2 to 6 years in design and development of Audio E & E components /ECU/Diagnostics/integration.


Senior Manager/Manager - Engine Design: B.E/M.E with 5 to 12 years in Engine and its components Design and Development activities.


Senior Manager/Manager - Engine Testing: B.E/M.E with 5 to 12 years in Engine Testing (carrying out Engine tests at component level, test cell and vehicle applications). Must be capable to carry out tear down analysis and failure analysis independently.


Manager - CAE Safety/CAE Durability: B.E/M.E with 2 to 6 years in CAE Safety.CAE Durability.
Manager - Electrical Functional Testing: B.E/M.E with 2 to 6 years in planning and execution of E & E tests and vehicle diagnosis


Procurement & Logistics
Manager - Process & Methods: B.E/M.B.A with 2 to 4 years experience. Exposure to logistical, processes, systeknowledge , project management of new vehicle introduction. Exposure to SAP is added advantage.


Senior Manager/Manager - Launch & Change Management : B.E/MBA with 4 to 10 years in Developing processes for managing the changes effectively, Align process with the stakeholders (procurement, change office, and R & D etc). Ensure accurate documentation of launch & Change management.


Senior Manager/Manager - Procurement: B.E/M.B.A with 4 to 10 years. Require experienced buyers for strategic sourcing role in the areas of 
- Casting & forging, 
- Truck, power train and chassis components, 
- Bus chassis and body parts
- Tooling experts in the areas of stamping, casting and machining commodities
- Raw material expert in steel, big iron, rubber & plastics.


Operations & Manufacturing Engineering
Manager - Products Reliability (Engine & Brakes): B.E (4+ yrs) or Diploma (8+ yrs) in Quality Assurance/Customer Quality Engineering of Engine, Brakes with expertise in customer complaints resolution, warranty parts investigation and improvements.


Senior Manager - Engine Assembly & Testing QA: B.E (8+yrs) or Diploma (12+yrs) in Quality Assurance Engine Assembly & Testing.


Manager - Engine Performance, Emission Audit & COP: B.E (4+yrs) or Diploma (8+yrs) in R&D/Quality Assurance in Engine Performance testing, Emission Audit & COP


Senior Manager - Product Audit: B.E (8+yrs) or Diploma (12+yrs) in product audit, dynamic & static evaluation of vehicles and functional checks/measurements, new vehicle launch quality evaluation and judgment of quality levels. Detailed knowledge of QM methods and standards is mandatory.
Finance & Controlling


Senior Manager - Finance C.A/C.W.A/ M.B.A with 5 to 12 years in Accounts Receivable, invoicing and coordination with Marketing & Sales/Logistics as a front end. SAP knowledge is essential, Professionals could also apply.


Manager - Finance C.A/ C.W.A/ M.B.A with 3 to 5 years in establishing operational plan, Revenue & Capital Budgets, Financial Evaluations & Cost Benefit Analysis, Accounts Payable, GL Analysts & Inventory.


Preference will be given to candidates he commercial vehicle industry.
