General Manager - Mall Operations who will be a driving factor for managing the Mall operations
- The incumbent will report to the CEO Retail
- Post graduate in Hotel Management / Business Management
- Experienced professional with 12-15 years experience, with at least 5 years as profit centre head and a minimum of 5 years of mall management experience
- Responsible for profitable management of high quality shopping mall and creating mall operating budgets, execute control measures and driving achievements
- Exhibit & encourage high performance standards for herself/himself and others
- Develop systems and procedures to achieve cost efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop effective marketing plans for meaningful footfalls and optimize promotion and positioning of the mall brand
- Proficiency in effective facility management
- Pleasing personality with strong communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
