Support Manager - Internet Hosting Group (IHG_SM0312)
This role involves managing the Incident support team working within a highly pressurized and results oriented 24/7 environment; providing reactive day to day support for Connectivity, Filtering products, Email systems and Web hosting. You will be responsible for improving engineer's capability and productivity. The role also requires you to prepare Customer report and management reports including internal KPIs and performance against SLA.


Project Lead - Technical Operations (PL_T00312)
your primary responsibility will be to ensure the coordination of Re-packaging projects, Driver packaging, Hot fix release along with products support. You are required to interact with various stakeholders and coordinate their packaging requirements, communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to the stakeholder, management and project team.
