General Manager of a Scheduled Commercial Bank (other than Central Bank of India), having  experience  of operational side.


The details are given below:
AGE & ELIGIBILTY (As on 31.01.2012) 
Name of the Post : Chief Customer Service Officer on Contract Age Eligibility
Age: Less than 62 years.


Essential: 
- The applicant should have superannuated or have taken VRS at the level of General Manager from a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
- He should have the exposure in working  of Operational side of the Bank and should have minimum 10  years experience in the branch and/or Regional Manager and/or Zonal Manager.


CONTRACT  PERIOD
The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of 2/3 years


JOB PROFILE:
CCSO shall be reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank and shall be the focal point for Internal Grievance Redressal System in terms of Damodaran Committee recommendations so that a minimum number of complaints are escalated to Banking Ombudsman. CCSO will help in strengthening customer confidence in the internal redressal mechanism. 


SELECTION PROCEDURE
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interaction and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
a) While applying for the posts, the applicant should ensure that he / she fulfills the    eligibility and other norms mentioned above and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming(s) is / are detected even after appointment, his / her contractual appointment  is liable to be terminated without any notice.

Engagement of Auditors on Contractual Appointment

Age : Less than 64 
Qualification : Essential: A Graduate from recognized University with Computer knowledge. 


Desirable: 
JAIIB/CAIIB and exposure to Audit and Core Banking.


Experience/ other eligibility criteria: 
Essential:
i) Candidate should have retired from public sector bank in Scale III/IV  on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service  of 
which atleast 15 years in Officer Cadre out of which he should have worked as Branch Manager for minimum 3 Years.
ii)Age less than 64 years (As on 31.01.2012)
iii) Should have knowledge of Credit and/or Forex Business.
iv) He should possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.


Desirable:
i) Exposure to Audit and Core Banking.                                            
ii) Good physique to undertake frequent tours at various places


JOB PROFILE:
These Officials shall have to undertake Risk Based Internal Audit of at least 25 Branches during contract period of one year. They will be subjected  to accountability for not reporting High Risk areas/suspected frauds/persisting irregularities in their audit reports. They are required to submit audit report to concerned Zonal Audit Office.
