HP Blueprint 5 + years

Candidate with an overall 5+ years IT experience, out of which atleast must have spent 2+ years in HP Blueprint. - having an exposure in implementation of BPM projects. He/She should be able to capture the requirement based on BPM methodology viz a viz Process Modelling, Writing Use cases etc. - He/She should be comfortable in Blueprint's Requirement Center 2000,having done Modelling, Use Cases, Simulation etc.
Oracle DBA 3-7 years
Experience in Oracle DBA. Hands-on experience in performance tuning, Database Clustering, Backup and Restore of the database, Database design and disaster recovery planning, Database security administration, Database maintenance including re-indexing.
PEGA 3-7 years
Hands on experience on PEGA, Pega Certification is mandatory.
Informatica 3-6 years
Should have hands on experience in Informatica
Web Methods 3-6 years Total Webmethods Experience should be 3-7 years. Exposure in Java, SQL, XML,and hands on experience in Webmethods Good communication skills.
Documentum 3-6 years Should have more than 2years experience in documentum
Tibco iProcess 4 + years Overall IT experience with 2+ in TIBCO I-process , should be aware of the Work Flow method and Rule Engine. Candidate should have exposure and working experience in TIBCO iProcess™ Suite (TiPS), Version 11.0, higher onwards. - He/She will be responsible for creating process model and administrating into Process Engine.- Candidate is also expected to understand integration of Tibco iProcess with Tibco BW, WebServices, Oracle Databases etc
Cognos 4-7 yrs Candidate should be well conversant in various Cognos components (framework manager, Report manager, access manager etc) with at least 4 years experience. The ideal candidate should also have fair knowledge on data modelling concepts.
