Java (4-8 years) : Strong in core Java, Working on UI, DI and ORM frameworks, junit. Strong in core Java, working on EJB 3.0, Webspere 7x, Strong Core java, Spring hibernate and struts 2.0, Weblogic, oracle 10g
MS (4-7 years) : Sharepoint 2010, C# 3.0, MOSS 2007/2010, WSS 3.0., C#, .net 3.5, Web and Win Application, WCF, WPE C#, VB6, AB6, ASP(Classic)
