1. OFFICE ASSISTANT
SSC with 3-5 years experience. Young & energetic for indoor & outdoor work.


2. ADMIN ASSISTANT
B.Com with 3-5 years experience. Proficiency in drafting correspondence, e-mails, MS Office 2007 & internet is a must.


3. SUPERVISOR
B. Sc /B.Com with 3-5 years experience. Must be able to train new employees and monitor the quality of all work performed.


4. SURVEYOR
Diploma in surveying by using total station. Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.


5. STORE KEERER
B.Com with 5-7 years experience. Should have knowledge of MS Office 2007. MBA with Civil Eng. (preferred but not essential) must be able to compile presentations on current status on weekly basis on MS power Point.


6. ACCOUNTANT
M.Com with 8-10 years experience in the following areas:
- Bill Passing
- Internal Audit (Accounts, Stores & Site)
- Statutory Compliance
- Inflow-Outflow, Working Capital, Trial Balance, P&L
- Balance Sheet
- Data Entry of Bills & Cheque Printing
(M.Com. MS Office 2007 (esp. Excel). Tally-9. Quadra knowledge preferred. Must be able to compile presentations on current status on weekly basis on MS Power Point.


7. LIAISON OFFICER
Graduate/ Post Graduate with 3-5 years experience. Should have experience in obtaining approvals from Planning & Revenue Development.


8. PURCHASE OFFICER
B.Com with 8-10 years experience. Should be capable of sourcing & negotiating on fast track basis and purchase order generation & administration.


9. EPR CO-ORDINATOR
B.E. (Civil) with 5-7 years experience in ERP Implementation in the construction domain, functional knowledge of the building construction industry is a must.


10. ENGINEER
B.E./DCE, with at least 3-5 years experience in Residential High Rise Buildings & Townships. Hands-on knowledge software is amust.


11. IN-HOUSE ARCHITECT
B.Arch  with minimum 3-5 years experience. Ability to lead and manage in-house team of architects, and co-ordinate external consultants. Exceptional written, verbal and graphic communication skills also required.


12. SENIOR ENGINEER
B.E. with 8-10 years experience. Should have hands-on knowledge of Computer Programmers, AutoCAD, Latest materials & construction techniques.


13. PROJECTS MANAGER
B.E. with 8-10 years experience. Should have handled projects of more than one million sq. ft.


For Sr. No. 1-10 interviews will be held on 1st & 2nd Feb @ 3 pm to 7 pm
