Assistant Manager/Process Leader (Code: AXABS001) - Candidates will have a CA/CWA/CPA/ Degree in Finance with 3 to 8 years experience in core Finance an Accounting/Investment Accounting. Good knowledge of investment products with previous experience in Finance/ Accounting departments of banks/ Insurance organizations in a shared service environment including Fund Accounting is preferred. Knowledge of Reporting Functionalities in SAP and European Insurance regulations on assets is an added advantage.
- Capital Market (30 positions)
Team Member (Code: AXABS002) - Candidates with a B.Com Degree with sound Capital Market/Asset Management knowledge/experience.
- Accounting and Reporting (30 positions)
Assistant Manager (Code: AXABS003) - Candidates will have a CA/CWA/CPA qualified accountant with around 5 years in Record to Close/Accounting Reporting or a similar Finance function. Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment preferred. Should have participated in minimum 4-6 closing periods and 8-10 month ends, posting adjustments, manual entries etc. Should have people management experience of 1.5 to 2 years.
Process Leader (Code: AXABS004) - Candidates will have a B.com + CA Inter/ ICWA inter level 2 with good accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS and Local European GAAP (viz. Swiss, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese). Knowledge of Accrual/ Deferral of interest, Valuation Pricing. Impairment and processing and delivering data to general ledger is a must.
Team Members (Code: AXABS005) - Candidates will be B.Com holders with good accounting knowledge/experience.
- Global Analytics (SQL+ Capital Market) (3 positions)
Process Leader (Code: AXABS006) - Candidates will preferably be a B.Com/ MBA with experience in Capital Markets - Fixed Income and Equity Markets with knowledge of Portfolio Management with strong SQL background and experience.
- Domestic Insurance (50 positions)
Team Member/CSE (Code: AXABS007) - HSC pass with 2 years experience or Graduates with 0-1 years experience in Insurance/ Contact Centre with fluent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Insurance (15 Positions)
Team Member (Code: AXABS008) - Graduates with 1-3 years experience in BPO / Insurance Industry. US Visa mandatory.
