Requires thorough work experience in Managing engineering teams and in engineering design using design tools such as FEA techniques, and DOE etc. Needs to be a good leader in a global work culture. Willing to walk extra mile to achieve goals. knowledge on UG or similar CAD application in TcE environment is required.


Manufacturing Manager (Job code - 8693) - in 10 yrs exp.
Requires through work experience in manufacturing processes/methods/ techniques/and applications. Work experience in CNC Programming and CNC machining in 3 axis, 5 axis, routers, nesting machines, etc. using UG, Master CAM, Dell CAM or other equivalent similar CAM applications in native and TcE environment is a must.


Design Engineering Lead Positions:
Provides technical leadership and motivate teams to ensure successful project completion. Performs and implements design tools such as FMEA, DFM, DFA, and DOE on Designs. Experience in UG/ any other CAD application and TcE environment is a must.

Project Lead - Structures & Certification (Job code - 8862) - Min 8 yrs exp.
Provides technical leadership and performs Structural analysis in Line and non-linear (static & dynamic), odes complex structures in FEA and performs design optimization using tools viz., Nastran, Hyper mesh, FEMAP and LSDYNA as per the requirement. Works closely with engineering to support and add value to the business.


Project Lead - Methods (Job code - 8863) - Min 8 yrs exp.
Provides support in process planning & specifications, procedures, and production aids for assemblies. Delivers work instructions and line balancing activities within various production, BOMs ECNs and rework. Requires to wok and coordinate in virtual engineering environment.


Design Engineer (Job code - 8488) - Min 4 yrs exp.
Independently develops concepts and designs mechanisms for Electro mechanical actuated seating and cabinetry ingenious for Super First Class, Business Class and Economy class products for commercial aircrafts & VVIP Business Jets. Experience in UG/any other CAD application and TcE environment is a must.


Certification Engineer (Job Code - 9098) - Min 4 yrs exp.
Prepares Static, Dynamic and Flammability Test plans and reports for Aircraft seating and cabinetry products as pe FAA, EASA, JAA and other international aviation regulatory compliance. Must be able to perform simple hand calculations for static structures and interface loads. Knowledge in FEA is an added advantage.
Structures & Certification Engineer (Job code - 8734) - Min 4 yrs exp.
Performs linear and non-linear (static & dynamic) structural analysis, Models complex structures in FEA and performs design optimization using tools viz., Nastran, Hyper mesh, FEMAP and LSDYNA as per the requirement. Prepares report and test plans as required. Strong engineering judgment skill is a must.


Quality Engineer (Job code - 7971) - Min 10 yrs exp.
Ensures the Quality of Engineering Designs (3D CAD Models) for Fit, Form and Functionality and checks the 2D CAD drawings as per B/E Standards (similar to ASME). Develops standards, processes, check lists, metrics and reports in virtual engineering environment.


Method Engineer (Job code - 7972) - Min 4 yrs exp.
Prepares process planning & specifications, procedures, and production aids for assemblies Prepares work instructions and line balancing activities various productions lines. Provides shop floor support in technical matters relating to assembly drawings interpretation, BOMs ECNs and rework. Also supports in design, fabrication, Modification and evaluation of product manufacturing operations in virtual engineering work environment.


Team center Engineer (Job code - 7795) - Min 5 yrs exp.
Applications expert providing support and advice to facility engineers in solving operational problems with Team center, Agile, cad systems (UG) and other virtual tools. Requires experience in study/analysis of PLM support. Wok exposure in global work environment and willing to work in global timings is a must.
