Job Opening For Head, International Audit
Job Position: Head, International Audit
Designation: Assistant Vice President/Sr. Manager/Manager
Location: Bina
Reporting to: Audit Committee Functionally
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsibal for the overall Internal Audit functions to the organization
- Coordinating the International Audit Functions which is currently outsourced
- Perform and control full audit cucle including development of the audit universe, annual audit plans, audit program for execution of audits and closure of reports. Responsible for taking care of the action taken reports

- Liaise between the Audit and outsourced auditors for timely and effective completion of audit as per schedule.
- Periodic reporting to audit findings to the Audit Committee and management
Qualification and Experience
- Chartered Accountant, CISA Certification added advantage
- Minimum work experience of 15 years, out of which min 5 years of recent experience in Internal Audit. Preference would be given to candidates from the oil and gas sector.
- Proficiency in review and analysis of SAP enterprise system
- Excellent knowledge of Companies Act and Accounting Standards
- Good communication skills.
