Associate Customer Support
Eligibility & Role
- Minimum 12th Pass (For Semi Voice/Voice Onlay), Graduate (BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA not eligible) with good written & verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Freshers to 1 years of wxperience (in any industry) can apply
- For Back Office, role is to provide e-mail correspondence support to telecom enterprise customers along with Close Looping & Service Request Closure as and when required
- For Voice/Semi Voice, role is provide inbound customer care support, addressing queries & issue resolution to pre-paid & post-paid subscribers/customers of a leading Telecom Service Provider
- Work location for Back Office Applicant will be Sharda Centre, Karve Road, Pune
Also Hiring, team Leaders, Process Trainers, Quality Associates/Sr. Associates (Shortlisting will be done as per the defined eligibility criteria)
