Associate Customer Support
Eligibility & Role
- Minimum 12th Pass (For Semi Voice/Voice Only), Graduate (BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA not eligible) with Good written & Verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi

- Freshers to 1 year experience (in any industry) can aapply
- For ack Office, role is to provide e-mail corresopndence support to telecom enterprise customers along with Close Looping & Service Request Closure as and when required
- For Voice/Semi Voice. role is provide inbound customer care support addressing queries & issue resolution to pre-paid & Post-Paid subscribers/customers of a leading Telecom Service Provider
- Work location for Back Office appllicants will be Glga Space, Viman Nagar, Pune
- Work location for Voice/Semi-Voice Applicants will be Sharda Centre, Karve Road, Pune
Also Hiring: Team Leaders, Process Trainers, Quality Associates/Sr. Associates (shortlisting will be done as per the defined eligibility criteria) All applicants are required to carry 2 copies of CV along with a valid photo ID proof
