Call Centre Agent (CCA)
Location: Banner, Pune
.Graduates/Undergraduates. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Must have basic r operating/ MS Office knowledge. call handling (Outbound & Inbound). Query resolutions through emails. Perform reservation functions: ticketing/re-booking/cancellations/refunds.
