We are looking for technically skilled self starters who can take up challenges in an environment of highly technical projects.

Manual Testing: TestLead(5-6 years)

.Experience in test plan, estimation, execution of test   cases, mitigation and test matrix

.Thoroughly conversant with all the typical testing   terminologies and processes

.Experience in testing web based application

.Experience in Bug Life Cycle (Knowledge of any industry  standard Bug Tracker)

.Test report preparation and test data preparation

.Test case design

.Team handling experience

.Good communication skills and a team player

.Experience in banking or healthcare domain will be  preferred

 Manual Testing: Test Engineer(1-3 years)/ Sr.Test   Engineer (3-5 years)

.Thoroughly conversant with all the typical testing  terminologies and processes

.Hands on experience in writing test cases by  understanding functional requirements and/or   applications

.Experience in testing web based applications

.Experience in Bug Life Cycle (knowledge of any industry  standard Bug Tracker)

.Experience in test cases execution, bugs reporting and  tracking to closure

.Should be able to work independently on the assigned  tasks

.Good communication skills and a team player

.Experience in banking or healthcare domain will be  preferred

 Lead Engineers: More than 6 years of hands on  experience  in the following technical skills:

.Java, JSP/Servlets, Struts/Spring, Database (Oricle,  SQL Sever,MySql), jUnit

.XML parsing and generation using SAX/DOM/JAXB

.Good understanding of OOPS concepts

.Knowledge of publishing and consuming web services  would be an added advantage

.Participation in requirement gathering and understanding  the requirement

.participation in the design phase including  interactions with Technical Analysts and Architects

.Coding and code reviews

.Creating use case document

.Creation of knowledge repository for project

Senior Software Engineers: 3-6 years of hands on experience in the following technical skills:

.Java, JSP/Servlets, Struts/Spring, Database(Oracle,SQL Server, MySql)

.XML parsing and generation using SAX/DOM/JAXB

.Good understanding of OOPS concepts

.Participation in requirement analysis

.Creating the requirement understanding document with system specifications

.Coding in Java Technology

.Should have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment. Should be a self starter, self motivated, quick learner and have good analytical skills
