The credentials you will need
- You must be charged up to power the progress of our Requirement Assurance practice
- You must be a BA/Functional Consultant/SME in the banking and capital market domain across  various levels
- You must have 5 to 15 years of experience in banks/captive centers of banks/ IT services firms
- You must have deep domain experience in two or more of these areas - Capital Markets,  
Payments, Treasury Operations, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and GRC
- You must possess excellent clients/stakeholder managements skills
The role you will play Based on your experience, you will be expected to tae leadership in one or more of the following  areas.

-Delivery
- Pre-sales and solutioning
- Building teams
- Knowledge management
- Design and development of service offerings

Positions will be based in Chennai but will entail extensive travel equirel to client locations in India/overseas.
