- 6 to 7 years Post Qualification Experience in Process Excellence/Quality Assurance in the BPO/KPO industry
- Graduate/Post Graduate(B.E. or B.Sc. Statistics Preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Analytical Skills.
- Six sigma green Belt Certified (Black Belt Certification Preferred)
- Ability to Lead, Facilitate, Drive and Work on Multiple Process RE-engineering Initiatives & Projects Across the Division/Organization
- Liaise with Operations Teams to Drive the Innovation and Improvement Culture at the Grass Root Level
- Candidate Should CUrrently be Designated as an Assistant Manager
Team Leader (Process Excellence/Quality Assurance)
- 4 years Post Qualification Experience in Process Excellence/Quality Assurance in the BPO/KPO industry
- Graduate/Post Graduate(B.E. or B.Sc. Statistics Preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Analytical Skills.
- Six sigma green Belt Certified (Black Belt Certification Preferred)
- Ability to Identify and Drive Process Improvements by Way of Process Mapping, Kaizen, Lean Projects etc.
- Coaching and Mentoring on tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.)
- Candidate should currently be Designated as a Team Leader
