Job Description:
- Knowledge on software development life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Comfortable in customer-facing roles;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, especially MS Word and Excel;
- Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of CGI and Client
- Team Player, Strong Client Facing Skills, Ability to Work under pressure (Essential), High Attention to detail
- Excellent Interpersonal skills;
- Good analytical and administrative skills;
- Ability to coordinate the activities of technical teams in CGI
- ITIL Foundation methodology (Desired skills)
- Any graduate preferably with a science background
