Technology: IP, MPLS, ATM, Frame-relay, Voice, VolP, LAN/WAN, Network security
Protocols: IP, Ethernet, Fiber, BGP, OSPF, QoS, EIGRP. RIP, PPP, L2TP, Radius. LDP, TDP, SNMP, RTP, HSRP. L2/L3 switching, VLAN, VTP, Spanning Tree

Database Administration - Oracle/Sybase/MS SQL/Mainframe DB2/UDB
Mainframe Technologies (Administration) - OS390, CICS, AS400. IDMS. VAX-VMS, Teradata, UNISYS
Storage: - SAN& NAS, EMC, Hitachi, IBM, NetApps
3. APPLICATION MANGEMENT
Web Technologies & Configuration management (Administration) - WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tom Cat, IIS, Clearcase
Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing-Informatica, Business Objects
Content Management Systems (Support and /or Administration) - Documentum
Enterprise Services (Administation) - SAP Basis
4. ITSM PROCESS AND ESM TOOLS CONSULTING
IT Service Management - ITIL Process, BS15000, SixSigma, Security Services
Enterprise Systems Management Tools (Deployment and Management) - Remedy BMC Patrol/Smart DBA / HP OpenView/CA Unicenter/ Service Desk / IBM Trivoli / NetCool/ CITRIX
Certifications in at least one or more of the listed areas would be desirable - MCSE/ OCP / SCSA /SCNA/ CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE/ CCSA/ CCSE/ CISSP/ CISA/ JNCIA-EI/ JNCIS-E / BS7799/BS15000/ITIL
