1. Soft Skill Trainers -

- MBA freshers with specialization in HR or Postgraduate in Social Science from reputed institutions

- Should have a passion for training and posses strong interpersonal skills.

2. Teaching/Research Associates

- MBA freshers from reputed institutions with specialization in respective disciplines.

- 2-3 years of experience is preferred.

3. Faculty Members

- MBA from reputed management institutions, with specialization in respective disciplines and minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Industry/academia. Candidates with PhD will be preferred.
