They are looking for gifted indivisuals having experience from 4 to 14 years in the following areas :

RF Design and Optimization :
1. GRAN (Job code : JC13 GD&O)
  - GSM pre-n-post launch optimization
  - Planning tools such as Atoll/Mentum etc
  - Good understanding and optimization experience on GPRS/EDGE

2. WCDMA/CDMA (Job code : JC13 WD&O)  - WCDMA pre-n-post launch optimization on multi-carrier and multi layered network
  - Network performance monitoring and KPI improvements
  - Planning tools and optization experience on HSXPA
 
3. LTE (Job code : JC13 LD&O)
  - Knowledge of LTE network design and planning
  - e-Node B integration, Carrier addition, software upgrade etc
  - Knowledge of IP routing/switching protocols
Integration
4. GRAN (Job code : JC13 GINT)  - GSM Radio access products including BSC and BTS
  - Integration, commissioning, carrier addition, hardware configuration, software upgrade etc
  - Knowledge of IP routing/switching protocols (CCNA preffered)

5. WRAN (Job code : JC13 WINT)
  - WCDMA products such as RNC and Node B integration, commissioning, software upgrade of RNC and node B
  - Knowledge of IP routing/switching protocols (CCNA preffered)
  Access Transport Network Design (Job code : JC13 TND)  - Access technologies like GSM, CDMA/WCDMA etc
  - Extensive knowledge of transmission technologies SDH/PDH
  - Transmission design for TDM/ATM/Ethernet, with knowledge of IP routing/switching protocols, OSI Model etc (CCNA preffered)
