- OOPs, Data Structures, Templates/Design Patterns/UML/Threads Sockets and timers at Middleware level/Disaster Recovery/Scaling/SOA/Database concepts/RDBMS/PLSQL
- NGIN/IMS/SDP/Voice Mail Service/IVR/SS7/IN/SIP/Diameter/INAP/CAP/MAP/SOAP/CORBA/OCS/GSM/CDMA/MRS/CRM(Siebel preffered)
- Exp.in responding to REP/RFQ/SOC/FRS and engaging customers in collecting/clarifying/Analyzing requirments and providing solutions
