Implementation Lead Consultant (Payroll/Time Management/HR)
. Responsible for Blue Printing and managing all functional communication with clients across countries
. Identify gaps and work with Product Development/Service teams to provide solutions within template
. Ensure high quality implementation and client satisfaction
Skills & Experience: . Expert level SAP knowledge of at least one country Payroll or Time Management Processes
. Proven experience of handling large complex client requirements with direct client communication
. Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of deliverables
. Strong interpersonal skills
HCM Consultant - Implementation and Support (Payroll/Time Management/HR). Configure system in SAP HCM as per Blue Print maintaining quality, timeline and standard
. Understand technical challenges being faced by clients across the globe and resolve them effectively
. Verify solutions against client requirements based on an established testing methodology
Skills & Experience:
. Proven experience of working on SP configuration of at least one country Payroll or TLM with knowledge of Schema/PCR
. Strong focus on quality of deliverables and adherence to methodology
. Ability to estimate work, communicate with a virtual team, and escalate on time if required
. Ability to work in a team and contribute to team requirements
