PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Graduate in Food Technology. The candidate should have experience in base kitchen and sweet production. Thorough knowledge of quality and cost control is a must and should be well-versed with computers.
CHEFS
Graduate in Hotel Management. Relevant category experience in Indian, South Indian, Continental and Snacks/Chaats is a must.
ACCOUNTANT
Graduate in Commerce. Should have hands-on 3-5 years experience in book-keeping and other accounting aspects. Well versed with accounting software packages would be an added advantage.
