They are seeking talented and enthusiastic Software Professionals for our Pune Delivery centre across the following Technologies. Prior experience in the ecommerce domain will be preferable, but not a must.
RUBY ON RAILS (ROR) Development
- Application development experience using Ruby On Rails, Shell scripting, AJAX
- Exposure to app servers like Apache/Tomcat & MySOL
- Exposure to Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven development 
- Exposure to Agile based development and continuous integration is an added advantage
Experience : 2 to 8 years


JAVA DEVELOPMENT
- Application development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, EJB2 or EJB3,  AJAX, Hibernate and other latest frameworks
- Hands on experience in PL/SQL, Unix, ANT, Maven, Java script and JQuery
- Exposure to Project estimation and designing tools like UML, Visio, Rational rose
- Exposure to Agile based development and Retail domain knowledge is an added advantage
Experience : 1 to 8 years


JAVA DEVELOPMENT WITH ETL
- Hands on experience in web based application development with ETL tools
- Experience in developing ETL application using tools like TALEND, IBM Datastage 7.5/8.xand others
- Hands on Experience in Java version 1.5, Spring Batch Framework and writing batch jobs
Experience : 3 to 5 years


FRONT END DEVELOPMENT
- Application development experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS 3, JavaScript/Jquery
- Hands on Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver
- Exposure to Cross Browsing techniques
- Exposure to Ajax / Web services and Agile based development will be an advantage
Experience : 3 to 5 years


MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
- Hands on mobile application/web site development experience
- Hands on experience in HTML, CSS 3, JavaScript / JQuery, iOS, Android
- Exposure to Performance Optimization, Application Profiling
- Exposure to Ajax / Webservices, Struts would be an advantage 
Experience : 2 to 8 years


QUALITY ASSURANCE WITH AUTOMATION
- Hands on Experience in automation testing using Selenium
- Exposure to manual and web based application testing is an advantage
- Good object oriented concept using Java
Experience : 3 to 5 years


PRODUCT MANAGER
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning of a product
- Responsible for the product and design requirements
- Identify gaps and opportunities for new features and enhancements
- Communicating with customers and partners to understand, documents and align the business and technical objectives of key products / projects
- Communicating with key solution product stakeholders, to understand the needs they have for product roll-outs to the field and providing recommendations


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Serves as a key member of the Business Development team that significantly influences the company's strategic direction in North america
- Generate revenue through multiple customer relationship in the addressable target market leading to profitable and repeatable business
- Ability to identify and penetrate new markets for the company's products and services and to develop a value proposition for the organization
- Establish a mastery over the company's core product and services offering; develop deep and trusted relationship with key clients
- Individual must have good understanding of IT offerings in retail domain, intellectually curious, organized, and driven to successes
