Mall Managers/Head of Mall Operations (3 NOS.)
Related bachelor's degree or an education/experience combination in the areas of marketing, business administration, real estate (leasing), property management and/or retail management. Having experience of 7+years in Mall Management.
Responsibilities: Mall Managers are accountable for leasing (long-team and temporary), negotiation of contracts, staff supervision office management, budgeting and monthly financial analysis and reporting, tenant and public relations, and operational issues all with the goal of maximizing the asset value of the property. In addition, the manager will also be accountable for the development and implementation of the mall marketing program, sales analysis, corporate and merchant communication, and community public relations.
Mall Leasing Head
About 5+years of Experience in Mall and Retail industry. Excellent leadership qualities.
Responsibilities: The successful candidates will have previous experience in Mall Leasing, Marketing or Sales, ideally within a shopping centre or similar environment. You must be proactive with excellent problem solving and communication skills and have a desire to build a career in retail properity. Most importantly you will be creative, driven and hungry to ducessed. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or Marketing will be viewed favorably. Most importantly, you will be strategically minded and a strong and motivating team leader.
Utility Head / Mall Maintenance Head (3 Nos.)
BE-Electricals having overall 10+Years experience.
Responsibilities: Manage all the maintenance activities of generators, escalators, electrical and safety installations in the mall. He should have good experience in maintenance of Entire shopping mall.
Malls Accounts Managers (3 Nos.)
BCOM Graduates having experience in managing accounts of Malls.
