Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager - Liaison
- A graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in liaison in the Real Estate industry in Bangalore, He / She should be an extrovert with the ability to interact at all levels in different Government departments. The candidates shall be conversant in written and spoken Kannada and have adequate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and connected documentation required for obtaining land and building related permissions from different Civic and Government authorities.
Senior manager / Deputy General Manager - Legal
- A graduate in Law from a university of repute with minimum 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The candidates should possess good communication skills and have expertise in title scrutiny, documentation and registration, handling of revenue matters, arbitration and court litigation. He / She should have good working relationship with financial institutions for clearance of the projects.
