NVH Simulations(2-5yrs)- Knowledge of Noise, Vibration & Harshness(NVH),Exp in MSC Nathan, Hyper mesh, Ansys, LMS Virtual Lab/Sysnoise, ESI VA One software.


Controls Engg- Embedded Systems & Software, C,C++,hardware/software debugging 7& trouble-shooting, Black box testing techniques, Test automation tools, Pre-validation, Regression, Retesting, UML Competency.


Design Engg- Ansys/Ls. dyne /Hyper mesh(2-5)-Exp in non linear analysis. Dynamic analysis using Hyper mesh & Lsdyna. Simulation using Ansys & hyper mesh, capable of linear static, Non linear static & advance Contact analysis in Ansys.


Design engg (3-6yrs)- Design & development of Structural (Sheet metal/plastic) components. FEMA, GD&T, Tolerance analysis, Pro-engineer.


H/W Mngr(10-14yrs)- Exp on 8/16/32 bit microprocessor, Power Supply Design and Interface hardware drivers development, FMEA/DFMEA,I2C,SPI,Rs232,Rs485,Testing,Competency Development in Power Supply, Flash Controllers, EEPROM interfaces, Reliability prediction, Reliability Testing.


Wiring-Connector- Exp in connectors, Terminal design, Wiring components, Wiring Tier II components design, Creating roadmaps. Maintain it for global harness space.


Compressor Specialist- PDC, Ranjangaon-Compressor background in Refrigeration, Air-conditioning MUST A/C or Refrigeration cooling, seal system design, Reciprocating Hermetic compressor design, Noise reduction/testing, Designing testing methods,simulation,Six Sigma,FMEA,5Why tools.
