Urgent Job Opening for Centre Head & Counselor/coordinator for Delhi
Position : Centre Head
Experience : 5-7 yrs.
Qualification : Preferably any Post Graduate Degree
Role : The incumbent would be primarily responsible for sales, training, accounts & administrative work at centre level. The candidate will have the overall responsibility of the Centre profitability, revenue generation based on student enrollment, Implementation of systems & processes, people management and MIS. The Center Head needs to create new avenues of promoting and generation fresh leads. Applicant will be accountable to achieve the P&L and to provide leadership to the Center and grow it Year-on-year.
Position : Counselor/ co-coordinator
Experience : 0-4 yrs.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Role : Primary role is to convert enquiries into admission, there by generating revenue for the company. She is responsible to ensure that through conversion of enquiries, the centre reaches the target set by the management. S/he is also required to maintain database and reports on a daily/weekly/ month;y basis. Needs to interact with the students/faculty and schedule lectures and help the Center Head in smooth operations.
