- Customer service skills/Telecom Experience Preferred/Reputed BPO-Preffered but not mandatory
- Good communication skills- English, Hindi and Marathi
- understanding/Comprehension of English language
- Typing speed-minimum 20 wpm accuracy 90%
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Should be willing to work in 24*7 process

- Problem-Solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
