ADP is calling freshers for following positions

1. Freshers : Voice/Semi Voice/Non Voice

- Freshers : Graduates in B.com., BA, B.Sc, BHM, M.com,MA, all non technical graduates 2010 batch only

- Sound and consistent acadenic profile

- Excellant written and verbal communication skills

- Good Analytical skills

- Extreamly service oriented with a bent of mind to learn

- Willingness to work in 24*7 environment

2. Experienced : Voice(outbound/inbound)/Semi Voice(Inbound)/Non-Voice

- Experienced : Sound and consistent academic profile

- Providing effective customer support to the clients

- Good decisions-making skills

- Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment

- For voice/Semi voice : 1 to 4 years of experience in providing Inbound/Outbound support in an international environment

- For Non voice : 1 to 4 years of experiene in an international environment in one of the following process a> Transaction Process b> Payroll Process (UK/US/Australian) c> Accounting Process (AP/AR/GL)

Pre-requisites :

-Strong Analytical ability with good presentation and communication

skills

- Willing to work in different time zones

- Strong working knowledge of MS office tools
