1. Customer care Officer
Graduates in any discipline with good verbal and communication skills may apply for the non technical voice process. Applicants should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
2. Technical Support Officer(Tier 1)
Graduates/12+3 years diploma holders with good verbal communication skills may apply for the technical voice process. Work experience in Broadband support, ISP, Internet troubleshooting will be preffered. Applicants should be willing to work in Rotational shifts
3. Technical Support Officer (Tier 3 - Service Support)
Graduates/12+3 years diploma holders in any discipline with min 6 months technical support experience will be preffered knowledge of Windos server/Active directory /Networking exchange server/SBS will be preffered.
