IBM is currently looking for following specialists
1. Semi-Technical Support Executive - Voice :
- Candidate should be a graduate,
- Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Under Graduates need to have minimum 6 months of BPO experience or 12 months of overall experience
2. Customer Service - Voice :
- Candidate should be a graduate
- Fresher and experienced both can apply.
- Under Graduates need to have minimum 6 months of BPO experience or 12 months of overall experience
3. Technical Support Voice :
- fresher can also apply with technical background B.E., BCA, MCA, BCS, MCS
- Candidate should be a graduate with technical background . B.E., BCA, MCA, BCS, MCS etc with minimum one yera work experience will be preffered
Candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer with strong customer service orientation. You should work in rotational shifts
intersted candidates shouls walk-in with their resume mentioning the position 'applied for' on he top of the resume, arecent photograph along with original education/ professional certificates and a valid photo id proof
