Qualifications
MBBS, plus a Diploma in Occupational health from All India Institute of
Hygiene and Public Health Kolkata (AIIH & PH) under Ministry of Health
& Family Welfare or Certificate of Training in Industrial Hygiene of
minimum 3 months duration.
The above courses should be from recognised Indian University / Institute.
Upper Age Limit 28 yrs as on July 28, 2010
Recruitment Level Salary Grade “A”
Work Experience Minimum 2 years in relevant field.

Selection Process:
Personal Interviews: Candidates fulfilling all of the above criteria will be called for the Personal
Interview as per the policy of the Corporation.
Pre-employment Medical Examination: Candidates shortlisted in the Personal Interview will be
required to undergo medical examination. Reference for a medical examination does not mean final
selection, which may please be noted.
The final selection / Offer of Employment will be based on the candidate’s score in Personal Interview
and being declared as Medically Fit by HPCL Designated Physician and subject to fulfilment of other
eligibility criteria w.r.t. Academic Qualification, Age, Caste, NOC (from present Employer, in case
you are working in a Government / Quasi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking), Relieving letter
etc. as may be applicable.

Salary & Placements :
These positions are in Management Cadre in “A” grade in the Salary Scale of Rs.24,900 – 50,500.
Besides basic pay and industrial pattern of DA, other allowances include HRA, Medical facilities,
Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund, Employees Pension Scheme, LFA, Contributory
Superannuation Benefit, etc. and other perquisites shall be applicable as per the grade and
Corporations rules.
The CTC would be appx. Rs.08.00 lakhs per annum. In addition to this, performance related pay and
non- practising allowance shall also be payable as per the Corporation’s policy.
Posting can be in any Division/Department of the Corporation at any place in the country/otherwise
and the services thereafter will be transferable as required by the Corporation.
