Customer Service Executives - Voice Process :Education and Skills :
- Minimum qualification of higher Secondary Education (10+2)
- Excellent Spoken and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good keyword skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
Customer Service Executives - French processEducation and skills : Same as the above, plus excellent command over spoken and written French
Candidates should be in the age group of 18 to 50 and should not be pursuing any full time academic/professional course
