Telecom L3 Engineer 3+ yrs Candidate must have good understanding of radio network layer 3 protocols, including  RRC only, At least 2-3 years experience in actually the implementing protocol stacks for LTE and UMTS/HSPA systems preferably on the UE side. Protocol Stack development experience of CDMA could also be considered but not preferred. GSM experience is not acceptable.
Telecom WCDMA (L2 Engineer) 3+ yrs Candidate must have good understanding of radio network layer 3 protocols, including RLC/MAC, RRC, S1AP, NBAP, GTP, and RANAP. The highlighted protocols experience is least preferred. At least 2 years experience in implementing protocol stacks for LTE and UMTS/HSPA systems preferably on the UE side. C++ programming skills 4+ yrs Strong C++ programming skills (4-5 years),  good understanding of Design Patterns, windows/web GUI  development experience , QT experience and preferable wireless protocol exposure/experience- Telecom experience is must
