PEGA     3-7 yrs     Hands on experience on PEGA, Pega Certification is mandatory.

Oracle Apps Financial- Functional/
Technofunctional     7-10 yrs     Should have worked as  Oracle Apps  Finance Functional Consultant in Oracle Apps R12 Suite. Candidate must have worked in Oracle Apps R12 financial modules like GL,AP,AR,CM,FA,PSB & Grants. Minimum 3 implementation experience. CA, CWA/ICWA, CS will be preferred.
Oracle Apps Project Management- Functional     7-10 yrs     Should have worked as Oracle Apps Project (Management,costing and billing) functional consultant with min 8-12 Years of exprience. Should be a part of atleast 2 Apps Implementation projects.
Oracle Apps SCM Functional/ Technofunctional     4-10 yrs     The associate should have worked as Po, INV, OM, iSupplier, Sourcing. Should be a part of atleast 2 Implementation projects. .
Oracle Apps DBA     3-8 yrs      Oracle Apps DBA for atleast 2 implementations. Should have strong experience in managing large scale database along with RAC, Load Balancer, System Administration activities ,  SOA, BPM, UCM.
Oracle Discoverer
Technical consultant     4-6 yrs     Should have strong experience in Oracle Discoverer in technical area.
UI Designer     3-6 yrs     Should have worked as  UI developer for designing Websites/ Portal. Must have good UI designing skill.
