Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have passed SSC/ equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognized by the Govt for post A-1, 5, 6, 7, SSC/ HSC with full time three years Diploma with aggregate 55% marks.
For post A-2, 3, SSC/ HSC with full time three years Engineering Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Engineering in Examination conducted by Govt. recognized Technical Board/ University for post A-4, Passed VIII std for post A-8.

Pay and Allowances:
- Skilled Gr-I (IDA-5); Applicant engaged on contract in skilled gr-I (IDA-5) will get basic pay of Rs.7500/- per month + Plus all the DA, HRA, Transport Subsidy, CPF/Gratuity etc. as per company rules.
- Semi-Skilled Gr-III (IDA-4A): Applicant engaged on contract in Semi-Skilled Gr-III (IDA-4A) will get basic pay of Rs.7323/- per month + Plus all the DA, HRA, Transport Subsidy, CPF/Gratuity etc. as per company rules.
- Semi-Skilled Gr-I(IDA-2): Applicant engaged on contract in Semi-Skilled Gr-I(IDA-2) will get basic pay of Rs.6000/- per month + Plus all the DA, HRA, Transport Subsidy, CPF/Gratuity etc. as per company rules
